TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: 12/26/25

Welcome to TruePlatter (MerTech Solutions MI, LLC)! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, online ordering application, and services. By accessing or using our online ordering system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

INTRODUCTION

TruePlatter

  • Address: Based in Grand Rapids, MI (no physical location)
  • Phone: 734-546-6114
  • Currency: USD

Throughout these Terms, “MerTech Solutions MI, LLC” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TruePlatter. “You,” “your,” and “client” refer to you, the user of our services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order through our online application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you must use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

MODIFICATION TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review these Terms each time you place an order.

ONLINE ORDERING APPLICATION

Our online ordering application is designed to facilitate the purchase of our products and services. The application is owned and operated by MerTech Solutions MI, LLC (DBA “TruePlatter”), our licensed service provider.

ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY

To place an order, you may need to create an account and/or provide certain personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, if applicable. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We strive to provide accurate information about our products and services. However, product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Images of products are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance of the final product.

PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

Prices listed on our website may differ based on specific restaurant setup, add-on applications, software additions, upgrades, and other unique circumstances. Promotional offers and discounts may have specific terms and conditions and are subject to change.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

It is the responsibility of TruePlatter clients to address their own customer chargebacks and payment disputes. This usually involves submitting the client’s terms of service and other forms of evidence to the customer’s bank/institution initiating the chargeback. If we build a custom website for you as part of our service package, TruePlatter provides a generic “Terms of Service & Privacy Policy” page that has a specific clause for chargebacks, but it may not protect you from disputes.

We are not responsible for issues that arise from our generic “Terms of Service & Privacy Policy” forms on your website. You should work with an attorney to develop your own policies to protect your business. If you need to update you policy(ies) on your website, please submit to us in writing via email: tori@mertechsolutions.com.
