ONLINE ORDERING APPLICATION
Our online ordering application is designed to facilitate customer purchase of your products and services. The application is owned and operated by MerTech Solutions MI, LLC (DBA “TruePlatter”), which then licenses it to you for use.
ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY
To place an online order, your customers may need to create an account and/or provide certain personal information. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords, if applicable. They agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.

We strive to provide accurate information about our products and services. However, hardware and software descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
It is your responsibility to address customer chargebacks and payment disputes. This usually involves submitting your terms of service and other forms of evidence to the customer’s bank. If we build a custom website for you as part of our service package, TruePlatter provides generic a “Terms of Service & Privacy Policy” page that has a specific clause for chargebacks but it may not protect you from disputes.
We are not responsible for issues that arise from our generic “Terms of Service & Privacy Policy” forms on your website. You should work with an attorney to develop your own policies to protect your business. If you need to update your policy(ies), please submit to us in writing via updates@trueplatter.com.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, online ordering application, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TruePlatter or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
